Unlimited Blade Works
Mar. 4th, 2020 12:45 pmEverywhere I looked online, it said to not start the Fate/Stay series with the film. I tried really hard - but after two episodes of the original Fate/Stay Night anime, I had given up. No matter how confusing the film would be, I was going to watch it.
I didn't understand anything.
After a long wiki-diving (this time I wasn't giving up so easily) and rewatching the film once again, I could finally piece together the plot. And while it was very interesting and taught us an important lesson - Ron Tohsaka is the best girl - the best part were the visuals. The movie was so stunning and so beautiful that I would pay to watch it in a cinema if I could. Even if I knew I was going to understand nothing.
